We are celebrating one year since the acquisition

After an exciting four-year period when we doubled our turnover following Wise Equity’s acquisition of Colcom Group, the Group was acquired by SIMONSWERK GmbH in March 2019.
This marked the beginning of a new and inspiring adventure for us.
SIMONSWERK is totally complementary to Colcom Group and Sadev’s business. Both groups have many synergies in common. Their cooperation is boosting the new group’s foreign sales, consolidating a strong leadership in the markets of wood and glass hinges with high added value, of securing points for glass and of balustrades.
During this first year we shared strategies, established future goals and acquired in-depth knowledge of each firm’s typical products. We established the premises to study and develop new items by drawing on mutual and complementary know-how.
